Pharmacy Practice

The majority of the required rotations (6 weeks) will take place at the main Southeastern Health campus. Various rotations such as ambulatory care and oncology will take place on various other campuses within Lumberton and are required rotations. Attempts will be made to individualize the resident’s rotation schedule based on resident interests and preceptor availability.

  • Internal Medicine I 6 weeks

Longitudinal

  • Antimicrobial Stewardship 52 weeks

  • Hospital Practice Staffing (every other weekend) 52 weeks

  • Medical Education 52 weeks

  • Practice Management (2 hours/month) 52 weeks

  • Residency Project 52 weeks

  • Teaching Certificate through Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences


Staffing Requirements

Weekends

Clinical centralized every other weekend

Holidays

  • Required summer holidays (Memorial or Labor Day)

  • Required winter holidays (Thanksgiving or Christmas)


Stipend and Benefit

Stipend

$50,000 annually
